Bert O'Neil, Hairdresser's shop is behind the sign on the right, with striped poles outside. On the same side, further along, is W. Teasey's store. The Star was leased by A.Brown to Charles Potts of Eltham on 5 Dec 1913. Potts applied for a licence on 27 April 1914.
