Production NotesAMS 227 (box 381), within an envelope dated 8 April 1981, handwritten on reverse "Henrey Hopecross", with a Taupo address. Also "Cameramen George & Grant (Auck..)" and "Juli Streetcher (?)" and "Jeff Steven".
