Photograph from Devonport Road intersecting with The Strand. Visible are Westpac (sign), Harvey World Travel and 2degrees Mobile.

The original two-storied building was Norris & Bell auctioneers at The Triangle where Devonport Road, Spring Street and The Strand meet. Built in 1911. In 1970 ground-floor business was Judd Radio & TV. Bay of Plenty Savings Bank established in 1964, and in 1986 became Trustbank who built present building. Taken over by Westpac 1986.
