SummaryNgati Ranginui and Te Arawa, Ngāi Tamarāwaho and Ngāti Hangarau. Also known as Tony Tukaokao. Master Carver. Appointed as the foundation carvers for the New Zealand Māori Arts and Crafts Institute in Rotorua in 1966. Carved at least 26 meeting houses, four waka taua and many other commissioned carvings for civic and educational facilities
