A Committee of the Tauranga Borough Council, held on Friday 10 April 1908, make two recommendations:
1. The water scheme provided by Mr H. M. Wilson, and his quoted rate, be adjourned to 14 April.
2. That Mr Sharp, solicitor, and the Town Clerk, contact the Bank of New Zealand and other institutions, to determine the best method of raising a loan of £12,000.
