Staff Sergeant James Fredrick Seymour was born on the 18th of March 1916 in Te Awamutu and died in his 96th year (2011). In Feb 2012 the 66th Official Newsletter of the 6th Battalion (Hauraki) Regimental Association ran a full obituary.
