Tonight will witness the close of the Mutual Improvement Association's sixth session and the birth of a Parliamentary Union. Mutual commenced in 1884 - but fall off in attendance recently etc. It is hoped that the Parlimentary Union, into which it is formed will have the effect of reviving interest in the arena of debate.
