Secretary of the Kaimai Tunnel Promotion Committee; she unveiled the plaque at the opening ceremony of the Kaimai Tunnel.
Sole female member of the NZ Federation of Fruit Growers and Greengrocers executive for 25 years.
Life member of the Tauranga Chamber of Commerce executive committee and was awarded for her service there.
First female member of the Independent Order of Oddfellows Manchester Unity and later the first sister of this order to hold office of Past Grand.
Rotary's Certificate of Appreciation for Meritorious Service to the Community, presented in 1977.
