TISCO (Tauranga branch) was the Tauranga branch of the Television Installation and Service Company. The branch opened new 2600 sq ft premises in Second Avenue, Tauranga, in early 1966. It specialised in the installation and repair of radio and television sets and telecommunications equipment. At the time of the opening, the company operated five radio-controlled vehicles between Ōpōtiki and Whangamatā and provided an answer-phone service for out-of-hours calls.
