Dated February 10, 1982 and part of a photo shoot that included many other images it was originally described as “lady + dog + boat” and housed within an “Extras Feb 82” box. It depicts Miss Phil Dumbleton (Phyllis Joyce Dumbleton (1919-1986) being pulled along by her dog Blue on the Estuary . An image from the same occasion was published in the Bay of Plenty Times on February 13 1982, and again on February 21 2007, as part of Memories feature.
