Date2012DescriptionNgāti Ranginui signed a Treaty of Waitangi Deed of Settlement with the the Crown on 21 June 2012, the 148th anniversary of the Battle of Te Ranga. Over one thousand people witnessed the signing at the Te Ranga battleground in Tauranga, along with King Tuheiti, the Māori King. Photo: Lee Switzer.
