Situated behind the brick home of Melrose family 1988.The family came to NZ on the Oxford departing Gravesend 3rd Dec. 1881 and arriving at Auckland 10 Mar 1882.The family lived in Tauranga for 2 years while the house was built in Te Puke. A 2 storey home, it was completed in 1884.House later sold to the BARROW family and then DAY family.
