12th Tauranga Multicultural Festival 2011

SummaryThe Tauranga Multicultural Festival run by Tauranga Regional Multicultural Council Inc. (formerly Tauranga Regional Ethnic Council Inc) is an annual event to promote the diversity of our region and to celebrate Race Relations Day. It was held at the Historic Village at 17th Avenue on 19th March 2011.

Main BodyThe day dawned fine and clear after the previous rainy evening.
Everything was spot on for the day, plenty of visitors, plenty of food, plenty of performers, plenty of activities and diversions. All the volunteers who made this day happen can be proud of themselves, it was a big effort, with big rewards.
