Driver is Rangihau (Bung) Mc Millan. Next to driver Enoka Ngatai. Behind him is Fom Douglas, and at the rear, one hand on Fom's shoulder, black jersey and no hat, is Sol Kanapu. Following down left side of wagon is Moulder Gardiner (no hat), then Henare Kuka. Cap wearer unknown, possibly from council party. Morland Fox, county clerk, is in the front left of the wagon.
