Supplement A is handwritten on a printed Supplement B form for the 1912 District Electors' roll, with the B struck out and A handwritten in, and the 2 in 1912 hand-corrected to a 3.
Next to printed date April, 1912 is handwritten:
"R.O. Certified Copy Elec. + Streets Roll 3 April 1913".
Above the list of names is handwritten:
"Supp. A. Roll of Electors prepared for poll to be taken in accordance with the Local Bodies Loans Act 1908 for the proposed Electric Light + Street Improvement Loans on 3rd April 1913".
Printed element has heavy scoring in purple or red pencil (?) through the whole line of each elector.
Handwritten element has names of those who voted scored through with ink pen (?).
The certification of the handwritten element is signed:
B.C. Robbins Mayor
T.S. Duncanson and G.A. Brabant (?) Councillors
R.B. Shearman Town Clerk.
On the reverse of the second handwritten page is written:
Electric Light + Street Improvement Rolls. 3 April 1913".
