Identified on board are: Kingi Rānui ( Standing at Waka's head) then from Waka's left front Jimi Tapiata, Tunoa Kururangi, Reg Tahau, Johny Star, Tuhi Tukaokao, David Ormsby, Roby Harawira and (at back) Joe Briggs. At Waka's head on the right is Pat Gardiner, the obscured Pākehā man is Eric diggleman, Standing is Anaru Kohu and behind him wearing the korawai with white hair is Poni Tew Kani.
