Various signs can be made out, including " Tauranga Book Exchange", “DVX Adult Shop”, “18+”www. dvx. co. nz".

This two storied building has retail on the ground floor. In 2021 the DVX Adult Shop remains a tenant. On east side of road between Spring and Elizabeth Streets.
