In 2015 retiree Rodney Giddens undertook to provide a photographic record of shop fronts from the roadside of Tauranga’s CBD. Roadside photograph from Cameron Road no 200. Various signs can be made out, including “Bay of Plenty Polytechnic”, “School of business”, “Bongard Center”.

The new name is now Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology. It is on the east side of the road adjacent to Pacific Toyota on the corner of Elizabeth Street.
