A Spanish Mission/Deco cottage with plastered cladding. the single storied building has a square facade with a raised rectangular corners. The building is decorated with white painted stucco with two bars below the facade in plain plaster painted light blue. Above the front windows is a pelmet style top with terracotta coping tiles also painted blue. On the roof is a weather vane with a rooster.
