In 2015 retiree Rodney Giddens undertook to provide a photographic record of shop fronts from the roadside of Tauranga’s CBD. Various signs can be made out, including “Creative Tauranga”.
Bank of Australasia occupied this space from 1914. Later 'Bank Chambers" built and substantial alterations were made. c2015 substantial internal alterations were made and the building re clad. Two storied it includes a children's wear shop on the ground floor and the Lower North office of Heritage NZ on the second level.
