Gunner E Scutt of the Royal Artillery photographed some of the aftermath of the Great War in Ypres after the Battle of the Somme. These he sent home after the armistace and they were donated to the R.A. Museum in Woolwich, London. Digital copies were prepared and donated to Tauranga City Libraries by R. Ian Neal (great nephew) in May of 2015. They include Ypres Cathedral, battle fields, Bailuel Church, La Bassee, Mirville Church and Ypres Square.
