The Bank of Australasia occupied this space from 1914.
'Bank Chambers" built 1928/29 in a modified Spanish Mission style but substantial alterations have been made over the years. c. 2015 substantial internal alterations were made and the building re clad. It is two storied and includes a children's wear shop on the ground floor and the Lower North office of Heritage NZ on the second level.
