Tongue in cheek document outlining the direction and philisophical tenets that the departing Council would like to see continue under the new Tauranga based administration vis a vis the township of Mount Maunganui.

Dowd Thomason Strachan & Moultrie named as the legal practise at which this document was created. Mayor, Wayne Moultrie, was a partner in this firm.
