From the preface: ‘The chief characters, are true to life; the secondary ones partly true & partly fictitious; while the others are purely imaginary’. Typescript copy, bound in green and black, awarded to Nita K. Gunther (Diana Bergersen’s mother) as the most helpful contributor.

Inside front cover is a "Royal Tour Map" for North Island and a map of South Island itinerary locations can be found inside the back cover. Scrapbook is filled with newspaper clippings of the Royal Tour. Includes personal annotations in blue fountain pen. Front cover photograph has been torn off. Includes coverage of the Tangiwai disaster.
