George Jnr married Cecilia Isabella Anderson on 5 March 1890, at St Peter's Anglican Church, Katikati. They had three children: Daisy Cecilia Stewart (1890-1953), Erin (Bubbles) Sophia Stewart (1892-1984), and Georgina Frances Stewart (1893-1990).
