Blair, Sanders first commanding officer aboard Q17. Looking at the way Sanders' jacket folds it appears this photo was printed in reverse. Although this photo is sometimes considered to be taken aboard the Qship "Prize", it is definately set within this album amongst several photos of damage aboard the Helgoland, or Q17.
