SummaryTopcroft estate as shown on the early city or borough plan, referred to the block bounded by Cameron Road, Eleventh Avenue, Edgecumbe Road, and Twelfth Avenue. It also included what is now Christopher Street. It was initially the farmhouse on an 823-acre lease but over time as the land was broken up and sold as lots to others the area became known as Topcroft, or Topcroft Estate.
