Family Tree Charts and Certificates

Before Pae Korokī and Papers Past, the New Zealand Room librarians would keep Family Tree charts and genealogy notes and certificates filed in cabinets, donated by the public.  See the list of families whose charts were kept below.  See staff to view the charts.

GRAY family.  James Gray &  Frances Peden and their descendants.  Includes the family chart of the Lever family also.

HARVEY family. David and Elizabeth Harvey. 

HAUA family.  Anaru Haua m Mary Ann Condron and their descendants.  Handwritten from vertical file for Haua family. Also see Rolfe Family.

KENSINGTON family.  Charles Jephson William Kensington. & Olivia Emily Maturin and their descendents. Emigrated to NZ  in 1862 aboard the "William Miles." 

LEVER family. Alice Frances Gray & Graham Lever and their descendants. Includes the family chart of the Gray family also.

NICHOLLS  family. Obediah and Harriet. Includes names Smallman, McCormick, Ross and Wilkins.

REDMOND, John James. Death certificate.

ROBINSON family. William & Elizabeth Robinson of Reading and their descendants. Includes 'Wayne Cormack' as possible donor of the notes.
