A case study

This case study describes the conceptualisation and development of the Waka Hourua model and the Kaitiakitanga Framework. It represents Tauranga City Libraries’ attempts to recognise and integrate Mātauranga Maori into its collection, preservation and access practices as partners with regards to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the principles outlined within.
