Summary

Short BioTauranga historian, archivist and librarian, Jinty Rorke (QSM), arrived in New Zealand with her family on board the yacht 'Palantir' in 1976. She passed away on Waitangi Day 2014.

In 2007, she was awarded the Queens Service Medal for services to heritage activities in the Bay of Plenty over the previous 30 years.
