Man with hands in pockets under the 'O' of 'Clothing' was W. R. Nankeavis. He was secretary of Gamman Bros, timber millers. Centre of the 3 smoking policemen top right was Constable Arthur Skinner. (Notes written by Lyn Harpham) 2. As a fundraiser during the First World War a Mock Court was held in August 1915. This may be a photograph of this activity. Prominent Tauranga citizens, men and women, were 'arrested', 'charged' and in some cases fined on the spot. Others were taken to the mock court at a local dance hall and faced a judge and jury of their peers (Fiona Kean).
