DescriptionRosie Harper is a professional fulltime artist, originally from the UK, and recently moved to Tauranga from Wellington. She has exhibited in galleries throughout New Zealand and has exhibited extensively across the UK, Europe and the USA. Rosie paints in her studio in Pyes Pa, Oropi, where she lives with her partner Neil._x000D_
This painting “Centre of Attention” oil on canvas was inspired by a 1930s Manhattan skyline, which is the backdrop for a rather sophisticated lady who is obviously just waiting to be the centre of attention. This painting won an award at The American Art Awards in 2010.
