Timed to coincide with the opening of Baycourt, 16 April 1983 it features all that Tauranga and Mount Maunganui had to offer. Produced by Carter Videos and Photographics Services, Bob Tulloch and Bob Carter. Videotaped and Edited by Bob Carter and written by Anna Clarke.
