Some looseleaf clippings from the Bay of Plenty Times giving notice to ratepayers of Te Puke Drainage District of meetings proposing subdivision of the District. One page account of Ratepayers Meeting held in Mission Hall, Te Puke on 29 January 1910.

Items discussed includes settlers requests for applications to the Colonial Secretary for special rating of local areas for the purpose of opening up outlets; making loan applications; cleaning, widening, deepening and removal of timber from creeks and strengthening existing drains; construction of dams for dredging; setting and collection of rates.
