Pasted on the inside back cover are four death notices (probably from the Bay of Plenty Times), for Ethel Annie Miriam Isaac, Elizabeth Agnes Silcock (Betsy), Dora Louisa Milne, and Amelia Phillips. Also an obituary for 104-year old Mrs Phillips, by Sue McLaughlin.

At the last minuted meeting in October 1995 'a discussion took place concerning our final meeting on 13 March. Mrs Stevens had been through previous roles and it was decided to send invitations to previous members who could be contacted to join with us and make it as happy a day as possible.'
