Starts with typed minutes for the inaugural meeting that decided a branch would be formed in Tauranga on 20 August.
The meeting opened with the 'Aims and Objects, League Prayer, Lords Prayer, and Bible reading'. Tauriko branch was thanked for 'coming to help with the meeting'. Mrs Hammond, Provincial Secretary's address included "the basis is spiritual and religious, the Objects are to uphold the Scantity of Marriage, the responsibility in forming the character of child, high ideals set by parents in the Home Life. As well as being for the young Mothers, the older parent is welcome also the single, as a daughter looks to her mother, so the younger league member looks to the older.
